Mapping work for different brains
Most work is designed for one kind of brain. Your team has several.
Live virtual training for managers and teams, and help making the training you run work for different brains.
In a study of one large US manufacturer, ADHD was linked to a 4 to 5% drop in work performance and about twice the odds of sickness absence.

How I work
Whichever way you start, this is what your team gets.
When I facilitate
I give people more than one way in.
More than one way to take in the material, and more than one way to take part.
Universal Design for Learning
I keep people doing, not watching.
Polls, quick votes and prompts in the chat, so everyone can take part without having to unmute. At times, a shared Mural board.
When I build training
I cut what people have to juggle.
One idea at a time, so the effort goes into learning and not into keeping up.
Cognitive load theory
I make it easy to use.
I’m a designer by training, so I treat a course like a product: clear screens, fewer steps, nothing to hunt for.
What this isn’t: awareness training, accommodation plans, workplace policy, or legal or medical advice. Those belong with your HR and legal people.
Ways to work together
With your team
Lunch & Learn
For when you want your team to see how its work is set up, in one hour.
How different brains meet everyday work, through Loops and Terrain: the room, the schedule, the people
Slides, with polls and prompts in the chat, so everyone can take part without having to unmute
Your team learns to spot one pattern in how its own work is set up
From $350
Pilot rate for the first five bookings, in exchange for a testimonial and a referral. $500 after that.
With your training
Training Review
For when you already have training, and suspect it’s losing people.
One training, reviewed: an onboarding program, a course or a facilitator guide
A 30-minute intake call
A short written report, with the changes in priority order
A call to walk you through it
Starting at $600
Training Build
For when a piece of training needs to work for more of the people taking it.
I rebuild a piece you have, or build one you don’t, designed for different brains from the start. For example: onboarding for one role.
I take on a build when that design is the point of the job.
One piece is up to 15 to 20 minutes of e-learning, or one live session of 60 to 90 minutes with its facilitator guide and participant materials.
Rebuilding something you have?
It starts with a Training Review.
$3,300
Fixed price, with the scope written into the agreement.
Building something new?
It starts with a call.
Questions
Is this awareness training?
No. It’s about how work is set up: the room, the schedule, the people. Your team leaves with one pattern spotted in its own work.
Does anyone have to share anything personal?
Do you write accommodation plans or policy?
Does this meet a legal requirement?
Can you come in person?
How do we pay?

Thirty minutes, to see if it fits
Pick a time and we’ll talk through your team, a date and what you’d want from the hour.
